Who is Tatilox?
Tatilox is a Mersin-based online travel agency specialising in bungalow, villa, boutique hotel, caravan and apartment stays across Türkiye. Besides its headquarters it runs sales offices in Adana, İzmir and Hatay.

Holiday shoppers compare many options before they decide, and they ask the same questions about dates, prices, capacity and location again and again. The questions come from WhatsApp, Instagram and the website at once, and peak season can multiply the volume overnight.

Since April 2025 Tatilox has handled more than 200,000 conversations and 3.3 million messages on MonoChat, and its AI assistant has run close to 100,000 actions to find stays for travellers.
