What it does

  • Your own Tamara account

    Payments go to your Tamara account. MonoChat never holds your money.

  • Payment links in the chat

    Send a link for an order, a booking or an invoice on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or web chat.

  • Pay in instalments

    Customers pay for the order in instalments with Tamara. MonoChat marks it as paid once Tamara approves the payment.

  • Country

    Choose it when you add Tamara: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman.

  • Results back in MonoChat

    A paid order can start a flow, such as a confirmation or a thank-you message.

Tamara is one of the payment systems in Settings › Payment › Payment Systems. From your Tamara account you need: API token, Notification token.

How to connect

  1. Open Payment Systems

    In MonoChat, go to Settings › Payment › Payment Systems and click Create.

  2. Add Tamara

    Choose Tamara, give it a title and fill in: API token, Notification token, Country.

  3. Send a payment link

    Use the payment system in your flows, custom functions or apps that take payments.
