Courier · On request
Aramex + WhatsApp
Aramex is a courier based in the UAE with a public shipping API. MonoChat does not call it yet, so it cannot read Aramex tracking by itself. Your store can still tell customers on WhatsApp that their order has shipped, with the tracking number, through a webhook flow.

What the integration would do
-
Tracking on WhatsApp
Aramex shipment updates sent to the customer as approved WhatsApp templates.
-
“Where is my parcel?” answered
The customer asks in the chat and gets the Aramex status straight away.
On request
What works today
MonoChat does not read Aramex tracking. When your store knows a parcel has shipped, it can call a flow’s Webhook Received node, which finds the customer by phone and sends an approved WhatsApp template with the tracking number.

-
Send shipping updates meanwhile
Point your store’s shipping webhook at a Webhook Received node and send an approved template with the tracking number.
-
Or have it built
If Aramex has an API, your developers can connect it today with MonoChat’s API, webhooks and custom functions, or our team can build it with you.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is there a Aramex integration in MonoChat?
Not yet. MonoChat has no ready Aramex connection, and this page collects requests for it. The more requests a system gets, the sooner we look at it.
Can a flow look up Aramex tracking?
An HTTP Request node can call a tracking API if you have access, and save the status for the next message. Your developers or our team can set it up.
