What it does

Your own Stripe account
Payments go straight to your Stripe account. MonoChat never holds your money.

Payment links in the chat
Send a link for a deposit, an order or an invoice on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or web chat.

Paid, failed, refunded
Payment results come back to MonoChat and can start a flow, for example a thank-you message.

Test first
Start with a test key (sk_test_…), make a test payment, then switch to your live key.

Stripe is one of the payment systems in Settings › Payment › Payment Systems. You can add several, for example one per currency, and choose a default.

Open Payment Systems
In MonoChat, go to Settings › Payment › Payment Systems and click Create.

Add Stripe
Choose Stripe, give it a title and paste your Stripe secret key.

Use the payment system in your flows, custom functions or apps that take payments.
