PTT Kargo is the parcel service of PTT, the national post of Türkiye. MonoChat does not read its tracking yet. When your store knows a parcel has shipped, a webhook flow can send the customer the tracking number on WhatsApp.

What works today
MonoChat does not read PTT Kargo tracking. When your store knows a parcel has shipped, it can call a flow’s Webhook Received node, which finds the customer by phone and sends an approved WhatsApp template with the tracking number.
