Great conversations at GICTC 2026
On 14 October 2026 our team was at the Government ICT Conference in Bilişim Vadisi, Gebze, Türkiye’s largest public-sector technology event. We met public institutions and municipalities and showed how they can answer citizens on WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat with AI, from one inbox. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand.

Why we were at GICTC
Citizens no longer write only to a call centre or an e-mail address. They send a WhatsApp message, comment on an Instagram post or open the chat on the institution’s website, and they expect an answer the same day.
MonoChat brings those channels into one inbox for public institutions and municipalities. An AI assistant answers frequent questions around the clock, turns requests into tracked records and hands sensitive cases to the right department.

What we showed at the event
- Citizen request tracking: requests from every channel get a record, a department and status updates on WhatsApp.
- Public service AI assistant: answers about opening hours, documents and procedures, 24/7, in the citizen’s language.
- Official announcements: service updates and alerts to citizens who opted in, with approved WhatsApp templates.
- Appointments: booking, reminders and rescheduling inside the chat.
- Surveys and feedback: satisfaction surveys after a request is closed.
- Event registration: sign-ups, reminders and check-in for public events.
Security and data protection for public institutions
- ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality management) certified.
- Personal data processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
- Role-based access and audit logs for every team member.
- The institution’s own WhatsApp Business account, connected directly to Meta’s official Cloud API. MonoChat is an official Meta Business Partner.
