How do I auto-reply to comments on Facebook?

Can I send a DM to everyone who comments on my Facebook post?
Yes, within Meta’s limits: your Page can send one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment. The conversation continues only if the person replies, which opens the standard 24-hour messaging window.
Can I reply only to comments with a keyword?
Yes. Flows can trigger on keywords such as PRICE, INFO or LINK, on specific posts or on every comment, with a different reply for each keyword.
What happens after the commenter replies in Messenger?
It becomes a normal Messenger chat: the AI chatbot or a no-code flow qualifies, tags and assigns the lead. Automated replies go out within 24 hours of the person’s last message; after that, an agent can reply manually for up to 7 days with the human agent tag.
Does this work for Instagram comments too?
