Consumer Rights, Withdrawal,
Cancellation & Refund Conditions
This page contains consumer rights, withdrawal, cancellation and refund conditions applicable to MonoChat services.
1. GENERAL
When you place your order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract. The Buyer accepts that the service subject to the contract will be delivered to the cargo company for delivery once the price of the service is paid.
These conditions are prepared within the framework of the following legal regulations:
- • Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
- • Distance Contracts Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188)
2. IF THE PURCHASED SERVICE FEE IS NOT PAID
In case the purchased service fee is not paid or is cancelled in bank records, the service provider MonoChat's obligation to provide service ends.
4. IF SERVICE CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SERVICE PERIOD DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS
If the service cannot be delivered within its period due to force majeure events, the situation is immediately notified to the buyer. The buyer can exercise one of the following rights:
- • Cancellation of the order
- • Replacement of the service with a similar service
- • Postponement of delivery by waiting for the obstructive situation to be removed
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the service without giving any reason within 14 days from the date the service subject to the contract is delivered to them. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify MonoChat in writing within this period.

6. PERIOD OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In service contracts, the period of right of withdrawal starts from the day the contract is established. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services that have commenced with the consumer's consent.
7. REFUND CONDITIONS
In case the right of withdrawal is exercised:
- • Service fee is refunded within 10 days
- • Document is also refunded with total refund
- • Service process is stopped within 20 days
8. DEFAULT STATUS AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer pays by credit card and defaults on payment, they accept that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card-holding bank and will be responsible to the bank.
9. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Service delivery is realized electronically and instantly.

- • Credit Card (Single payment or installment options)
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in the resolution of all disputes that may arise from this contract. You can apply to the following institutions for consumer complaints:
- • Consumer Arbitration Committees
- • Consumer Courts
- • Ministry of Customs and Trade
