You connect your own payment provider account to MonoChat with its API keys. MonoChat then creates a payment link with the amount, currency and order details and sends it in the conversation. When the provider reports the payment, the status is updated and a confirmation message can be sent automatically.
Which payment providers can I connect?
MonoChat has ready-made integrations for commonly used payment providers and always works with your own accounts and API keys. You can connect more than one provider in a workspace and keep test and live environments separate. Ask our team on WhatsApp about a specific provider.
Where does the money go?
Payments are processed by your own payment provider account, so the money is settled under your agreement with that provider. MonoChat creates and sends the link and tracks the status of the payment.
Can the AI assistant send payment links and reminders by itself?
