What it does

  • Chats become ClickUp leads

    A new conversation, a tag, a profile field, a Lead Ads form or your AI assistant creates a task in the list you choose, without duplicates for the same customer.

  • ClickUp moves, the customer hears

    When a task reaches the status you choose, MonoChat can message the customer, write a note, add tags, or assign or close the conversation.

  • Orders and payments

    Paid orders become tasks in your order list, and “Order paid → thank-you message” is ready to add.

  • Fields and comments both ways

    Name, phone, e-mail and profile fields can sync in both directions, and ClickUp comments become notes in the conversation.
