How many messages can I send after a customer writes?
After a customer’s message you can send up to 10 messages within 48 hours. Each time the customer replies, a new 48-hour window opens. Ending your message with a clear question keeps the conversation going.
Is TikTok DM automation available in Europe or the UK?
Not at the moment. TikTok’s Business Messaging API isn’t available for business accounts registered in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, and US-registered accounts are subject to an additional TikTok data-security review. Availability depends on where your account is registered, so contact us to check yours.
