What it does

Your own Tabby account
Payments go to your Tabby account. MonoChat never holds your money.

Payment links in the chat
Send a link for an order, a booking or an invoice on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or web chat.

Pay in instalments
Customers pay for the order in instalments with Tabby. MonoChat marks it as paid once Tabby approves the payment.

Region
Choose it when you add Tabby: UAE, Saudi Arabia.

Results back in MonoChat
A paid order can start a flow, such as a confirmation or a thank-you message.

Tabby is one of the payment systems in Settings › Payment › Payment Systems. From your Tabby account you need: Secret key, Merchant code.

How to connect

Open Payment Systems
In MonoChat, go to Settings › Payment › Payment Systems and click Create.

Add Tabby
Choose Tabby, give it a title and fill in: Secret key, Merchant code, Region.

Use the payment system in your flows, custom functions or apps that take payments.
