Built into MonoChat
Checkout.com is one of the payment systems in Settings › Payment › Payment Systems. From your Checkout.com account you need: Secret key, processing channel ID, base URL prefix and webhook signature key.

How to connect

Open Payment Systems
In MonoChat, go to Settings › Payment › Payment Systems and click Create.

Add Checkout.com
Choose Checkout.com, give it a title and fill in your keys, the processing channel ID, the base URL prefix and a default billing country.

Add the webhook
In the Checkout.com Dashboard, add a webhook for payment_captured that points to /api/payment-system/checkoutcom/webhook on your MonoChat address, and paste its signature key.

Send a payment link
Use the payment system in your flows, custom functions or apps that take payments.

What do I need from Checkout.com?
A Checkout.com account with the Hosted Payments Page enabled. MonoChat asks for the secret key, processing channel ID, base URL prefix and webhook signature key.
Where do I find the base URL prefix?
It is the first 8 characters of your client ID without cli_, in the Checkout.com Dashboard under Settings › Account structure.
Can I refund a payment from MonoChat?
No. MonoChat does not handle refunds. Refund in the Checkout.com Dashboard.
